to qualify their family for
our services. Such personal
information may include name,
address, telephone number, age,
family situation, medical information,
proof of income and accommodation
costs. Airdrie Food Bank will
not use this information other
than in its assessment and provision
of services to a client family.
Airdrie Food Bank will not disclose
this information to any third
parties other than affiliated
agencies or service partners
that would reasonably expect
it, except as required by law.
Donors
Donor personal information
such as name, address, telephone
number, or e-mail address is
used strictly to provide: (a)
charitable donation receipts,
(b) a thank you for your donation
and (3) our newsletter if you
wish to receive it. If at any
time you do not wish to receive
our newsletter, simply contact
us and we will remove your name.
Airdrie Food Bank will not disclose

All who volunteer at the Airdrie
Food Bank are asked to sign

also required to follow the
